tarabelle was talking about it in another thread
the dark side of oz is when you sync up the dark side of the moon with the wizard of oz movie :)
it's pretty awesome but extremely hard to do with the record, should be done with a cd :D

I wonder how they realised it, do you think the band leaked it out to play it at the same time or one day someone was stoned and played it and how do you all know about putting it on at the third lions roar?

I'm guessing it was found out by accident. Because getting stoned and listening to Pink Floyd, well that's done ALOT. So I can see watching movies stoned, while listening to Dark Side of the Moon...........................and the rest is history.

this is almost certainly the most probable. yet we know the guy most responsible for dark side of the moon, his name escapes me at the moment, the who ended up staying so stoned so much of the time that the rest of the band eventualy pretty much had to go on without him if they wanted to keep going on at all, well that is the thing really, that makes me thing maybe he could have deliberately planed it that way after all. er that is if the guy i'm thinking about was the band member most responsible for it. which i don't of course know for certain either way.
