Good morning, random poem #3

[SoFarAway]

Here's something I made up as I wrote as I started this thread.

Skin so pale its almost delicious
scantly clad, and filled with venom
playing games with my being
Suffering because I'm seeing
Something I wish I could have
But my life would be so changed
If I were to chase after it
I wouldn't be here today

Interesting way to describe that attraction to someone you probably just passed by/met. I like the first two lines. The last line though left me puzzeled but that's probably because it's a personal touch. Not bad for a random poem.
