best thign to do is reward a person with so many posts to get custom avatars.
another forum I was on set that too 500 Posts or so

They do you just need to be a supporter and you can upload any one you want see mine. Not sure if it is also something you may get as you get up there with posts and become a memeber or senior member but as a supporter you have that feature. You also see the pictures!!!!

yeah like the mouse said all you need to do is be a support. i am also not sure if you can do it when your a member
