Whats happanen? My name is AppleJack and I locate my self in and around Milwaukee Wisconsin. Not too fun a place less you know where to go but it's too dang cold in these frosty months! i spent a couple of weeks in WI in september. went to the rainbow regional in dell, then spent some time in madison. madison can be a cool town. down on state street it's mostly college kids, but it's good for buskin' and people watching. most of the old heads live down by williamson st. i found an addopt a hippie program the 1st day i was there. they have good FREE music down at the university terrace fairly often. when i was there they had the big willy st festival / block party with like 12 bands and a bunch of vendors and locals selling shit, then this band from romainia called culture shock played down at the terrace. it was still kinda warm while i was there though, the street life probably dies down a bit when it's cold. cant play guitar on the street corner if you cant feel your fingers.
madison also has a homeless cooprative newspaper. the folks that run it are cool if you get a chance to meet them. very we're all in it together, community oriented kinda vibe.
