Hell-Low from Heaven-High: I am author/publisher of MANNA the book documenting the Biblical use of Magic-Mushrooms. I hope I can find some friends here who share my interest.

Manna is the food-from-heaven provided by God to Israelites in the wilderness, according to the Bible the Israelites are said to have eaten Manna
My book Manna explores the evidence that Christ was the leader of a Pagan Cult teaching a renaissance of an ancient Egypt Mysticism kept secret by an elite caste of priests within the Jewish Rabbis until such a time as Christ came and taught it to the masses, resulting in accusations of blasphemy and the crucifixion of the first Christians.

Exodus 16:14-24 indicates that Manna was inevitably a mushroom.
It was a small round thing in the morning dew, it bred larva, and would melt to mush if not dried. King James Version.
All ÒwildÓ mushroom pickers know that mushrooms are most notorious for being infested with worms. This is because flies worldwide of all varieties lay their eggs up into the gills, which then hatch causing the larvae/worms to crawl out as the mushroom matures.

Daniel 5:3-5 with Exodus 16:32 and Hebrews 9:4
indicates that the mushroom was a drug. After sacking the temple in Jerusalem and stealing the Ark-of-the-Covenant, the King of Babylon and his table drank from the golden cup containing the holy ÒMannaÓ they had visions within the hour. Psilocybin mushrooms take 30-40 minutes to induce visions.

Hebrews 9:4 makes it clear that Manna was the most holy thing to Israelites, kept in a Pot-Of-Gold in the Ark Of The Covenant, in the Most Holy Of Holys. So sacred is the Manna that only the High Priest has access to it, and only on one day of the year Yom Kippur, which comes 3 days before the harvest moon AllHallowsEve.

Psalm 78:24-25 calls Manna Food Of Angels, just as Mayan/Inca Priests from Meso-America called it Teonanacatl Food Of The Gods.
Manna is an Egyptian word, not Hebrew or Aramaic, meaning;
The Bread of God. This is what Moses called it in Exodus 16:15.
ÒBread Of GodÓ means Food-Of-God, which is the same meaning of Teonanacatl (Mayan), and Ambrosia Greek, and Soma Hindu a word for mushroom tea, all these words mean ÒSpiritual FoodÓ.
Coca and Tobacco Leaves found in Pharaohs tombs suggest it was ancestors of Mayan/Inca Priests who brought mushrooms to Egypt.

John 2:6-9 indicates that Jesus made water into wine by boiling mushrooms Mushroom-Tea, the waterpots were made of stone, not clay, stone pots were used for cooking, clay pots used for storing water. These pots already contained 2-3 firkins of a substance before the pots were filled with water.
A Firkin is an Old-English measurement meaning a fourth part. Half to three-quarters of fresh mushrooms with water makes a potent tea. Tea is the safest way to consume field mushrooms, killing dangerous bacteria like E. Coli. In the Atharva Veda, the Hindus called this Tea Soma. Greeks called mushroom jelly Ambrosia.
Those who drank the water made into wine said it was the most potent intoxicant St. John 2:10. The Bible tells us that Jesus making water into wine was the Òbeginning of miraclesÓ É in other words no one saw any miracles until drinking the wine made from water. St. John 2:11.

Certainly for the Israelites Egypt was the origin of Manna, which explains why all the Patriarchs of Israel were educated in Egypt, Moses, Christ, and Joseph The favorite son of Israel, were all educated in Egypt. Solomon married PharaohÕs daughter, and Abraham found his God at a place called Shechem, which is another Egyptian word for Manna.
Teonanacatl [Maya]
Soma [Hindu]
Ambrosia or Broma-Theon [Greek]
Manna [Egyptian, Israelite]
It can be no coincidence that the Mayan, Egyptian, Greek, Hindu, and Israelite words for the mushroom all mean exactly the same thing: The Bread Of God.

Manna was round, was found on the ground in the dew, would melt to mush if not dried or collected on time, and would breed larvae. All unique characteristics of mushrooms. When dried it was like Òwafers of breadÓ and itÕs color was like Òcoriander seedÓ, the consistency and color of dried mushrooms, as described in Exodus Ch. 16.

You mention Soma, which isn't psilocybe mushrooms, but is Amanita Muscaria mushrooms(fly agaric), containing ibotic acid and muscimol.

Interesting read.

Amanitas have also been called "the food of the gods".

Another thing I noticed that may or may not be significant, is the mentioning of the "golden cup" that Jesus drank from. I wonder if this was because the cup was actually gold, or if it contained piss, which is of a golden tinge. The reason I bring this up, is because the active ingredients in amanita muscaria mushrooms are sometimes recycled through urination and are still active to whomever drinks the piss. Tribal leaders would eat/drink the prepared amanitas, then the lower tribesmen would drink his piss to get the effects.

Interesting read.

SOMA a word from the Atharva Veda:
An entheogenic drink, theorized by Wasson to be Amaanita Urine
but more likely Psilocybin Tea
for several reasons.

Requires indepth research, connect all the dots from around the world.
Ibotenic Acid is poisonous, so is the Muscarine, The Muscimol is an entheogen but quite different from most oyther know diviner sacraments.

Not to argue but I have put toghther reasonable eveidence to suggest that
Soma
Ambroisia
Broma Theon
Manna
teonanacatl
are all the same psilocybin mushroom
The ambrosia is a honey extract
the Spoma is a Tea
The Broma Theon is fresh mushroooms culktivated as is Cubensis
The manna is fresh/dried mushrooms
and the teonanactl is all of the above.

The cup is GOLD
real GOLD

it is the challice kept inside the ark-of-the-covenant
mentioned in hebrews chapter 4
therein was kept the holy Manna

No piss here.
The Israelites deemed urine "unclean" and would not have engadged in such a tribal rite as the siberians did.

Physical hygene and cleanliness was paramount to this tribe,
anyone drinking urine would have been ex-communicated from the tribe, likely resulting in death due to war with their neighbors.

You've done the research, so I will not dispute. I do know, however, that Soma has been all but proven to be fly agaric, but none of the shit I have read has anything to do with the bible, so whatever.

Sounds like it's gonna be an interesting book, whatever the case.

According to Family Guy, that is merely a coffee mug with Jesus' name on it, but I am unsure as to the accuracy of the family guy episodes;)

I put 32 years research into it
7 years to write

I do not dispute the amanita info but to say anyone has proven anything is language too strong for me.

the book can be ordered at
www.mannabook.ca

I have used amanita since 1971
I have reasons for saying Soma is Psilocybin.
I dont hawever claim to prove anything at all.
NOR DID WASSON
I do connect some dots which imply that Soma may have been Psilocybin.
Others say amanita urine
others say Bhang
other still say another form on cannibanoid drink

Incidentally last time i checked Muscimol was still legal and could be ordered from chemical; supply stores accross america with minimal paperwork [biz name and address, and purpose fpr request eg: animal testying]

PILGRIMAGE TO PALANQUE

With a profound interest in ÒMagic MushroomsÓ I began traveling to Mexico every winter starting in 1975, following WassonÕs trail to Oaxaca and into Guatemala, where descendants of the Maya still flourish in the remote mountain villages to this day. I would eventually wind up at Maria SabinaÕs house, the world famous mushroom shaman.

On one trip in the early 1980Õs I ended up in Palanque at the same time as an international convention of archeologists and anthropologists was meeting there to discuss ancient Maya civilization called ÒLa Mesa RedundaÓ [The Round Table], I then attended a group tour of the museum above Camp Mayabel on the pyramid site. As we toured through the museum I began to recognoize several hieroglyphic drawings, which resembled mushrooms, I asked the museum curator/tour-guide [who was well educated for that time] if he knew there were mushroom drawings on these stone blocks. His interest fired up immediately as did that of the tourists who were present, some of whom were fellow adventurers from Camp Mayabel, a hoard of people soon began to swarm around me.
The only thing I had noticed was the definite mushroom shapes present in complex drawings on these stones. The museum expert, who was present, was asked if anyone else had ever noticed these mushroom shapes and he answered ÓnoÓ! I had been the first. Why hasnÕt anyone else ever noticed this before I was asked? I replied that I had read so many mushroom books including mushroom cook books that I recognized the profile shape of the halved mushroom, [a mushroom severed in half for cooking] which is quite different than the profile view of a whole mushroom still intact. People who had seen me point out this mushroom profile image began to further examine the museumÕs stone templates discovering several others. My friends [and the curator] now revelating that they were indeed seeing mushrooms began to notice that these hieroglyphs were showing ÒsequenceÓ stories exactly as a newspaper comic strip would. A sequence of [usually] 4-5 pictures showing a progression of events.
In one of these a manÕs head is shown with a bubble filled with psychedelic designs in front of his head, he is holding a mushroom in his hand, in the next picture he is putting the mushroom into his open mouth, next he has eaten the mushroom and the psychedelic bubble is inside his head, and finally when his experience is over in the last picture the bubble is behind his head. These 4 pictures in sequence show step by step a man having a psychedelic experience.
I was assured in 1983/84 that no-one had ever noticed this before by a tour guide who had shown the pyramids and museum for several years and spoken to many experts.

During my visits to Huautla de Jimenez in Oaxaca Mexico, I was taught by Mazatec PriestessÕ (Maria Sabina and Maria Apolonia) that the only way mankind can return to his original state of consciousness (Paradise - from which he fell) is by ingesting the Sacred Mushroom. There is no other way back to ÒThe GardenÓ.
Institutional-Christians say that only by confessing the name of a man, can one be ÒsavedÓ. Mazatecs teach that only by eating this mushroom can a man be ÒrestoredÓ. I ask which is more scientifically probable, to achieve paradise (ecstasy) by confessing a name or by ingesting powerful consciousness-expanding chemicals?
The only Mazatec word I ever I learned in Huautla was ÒDALIÓ which is their greeting (as aloha, hello, shalom, bonjour, etc.) É but the actual meaning of Dali is significant, it means ÒYou Are GodÓ. When Spaniards finally got to this remote mountain region bringing Christianity, the Mazatecs responded by naming all their children ÒJesusÓ and ÒMaryÓ, they became pre-names, or titles of divinity.

Yeah I've found a few sources for muscimol. I have tried amanitas once, but I don't think I prepared it right, because all it did was make me sweat a lot and it made my dick hurt, with mild psychedelic effects.

I noticed that you never claimed anything as fact, which I have a lot of respect for. Most people that have researched a subject for 32 years would, almost certainly, claim that they had found some sort of proof. Kudos.

You put alot of work into this book. That's something to be very proud of.
