Question about 5/500 Vicoden...

Okay, I had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago and have four 5/500's left over. I was just wondering if I took all four at once would I get sick, or have my liver shut down? I weigh about 145 pounds and don't have a tolerence to VICODIN. thx

You may feel a slight buzz. I have taken over 4000mg of APAP within a few hours with no ill effects.

It all depends. I can eat them all day, but I know plenty of people that will become ill on any more than a 750. Just pace yourself and take them with a light meal or some milk.
