I use to work at Starbucks and this is funny to me. I like how you call us "weenies." Ahh, the good ol days of working at the StarBuck! Shit though, maybe yall are right. Starbucks like all of a sudden blew up and now is like one of the largest coffee chains in the world. They even got their own ice cream now!

1) Caffeine is not one of the most addictive drugs.

2) Starbucks is the world's biggest purchaser of fair-trade coffee - it isn't them driving the starving ethiopian industry.

3) If you want to hate them, hate their business practices. They have a pretty shady history of monopolizing markets unethically and driving out private coffee shops.

Everytime I drink something from Starbucks, it starts to taste kidnda metal-ish and tangy. And they're fucking EVERYWHERE. There's five on one street... I reckon it's so that when you lose the caffeine hit, OH WOW there's another Starbucks right in front of you! And more than one in the same mall... Christ.

Haha. I love those videos. I actually work at Caribou Coffee, which is a growing competitor of Starbucks in the midwest. I never knew what people meant when they ordered "tall", "grande", and "ven-tee"! I always thought "grande" was supposed to mean large! Oops, probly rang up some unhappy customers. I really feel awful serving people these drinks too. They are all overloaded with sugary syrup, called "flavor shots", and sometimes I leave out those ingredients because my conscience just can't handle it. I actually refuse to drink most of the drinks I serve to people too! Hypocritical? Maybe, but I gotta make money somehow.
