what do you think?
people have actual encounters with ghosts
or there was just the level of ion paticles in the air that caused us to THINK we saw it??
but then theirs those wierd cases of people who saw ghosts that closely resemble past owners or people that died there.
hmmmm

I heard not very long ago, that 'Ghosts' are impossible under the laws of physics.
They can pass through solid objects. Then, how does the floor support them?
Something to think about.

okay Ill go with physics here too.........
you put energy into a place or an object, or a person, where does that energy go?? according to physics energy can not be created or destroyed, so where does that energy go?? its still there......

I dont think you can use physics in an argument about ghosts...
Theyre just not too physical... :S

To answer the question- yes, spiritual energy in the form of orbs do exist. I believe so, anyways. I have a deep interest in ghosts and the afterlife- and on several occasions I have taken my own photographs of orbs.
Yet these orbs only show up in places where there is spiritual energy- such as Holland Rd. in Upstate NY- the site of a horrific train crash that burned some 75 people alive. The photographs I have taken with loved ones and other things throughout my life have never been graced with the presence of an orb.
Coincidence? I doubt it ;)

This picture was taken in Montevallo, AL, US of A. The person is a good friend of mine and the orb is an old friend of ours, or at least we think.

Nice. Definitely an orb.
I have a couple pics like that myself. Some friends have a lot of them also- I'll start looking around and post up a couple myself.

"Orbs" in photos are light reflection off an object such as dust, rain, bugs ect...
I myself belive in the spiritual world but many photos cane be explained.

Then, could you explain why the ONLY photos I have ever taken with "orbs" in them have been in places notorious for spiritual activity?
When you consider the thousands of photographs I have taken throughout my lifetime- well, thats a little strange, wouldnt you agree?

I truly think Ghosts do exist. Lots of people find it hard to believe such thing, spooky yet plausible. There is something that puts me off though, people tend to believe in what scientists state. Those twits can't accept the truth because they cannot find a reliable explanation. That's about it.

...right. If we cant see it, its not there! If science cant explain it, its not real!

So, you people want to know what ghosts are?
First off, they are not souls. Souls depart at the instant death occurs. They NEVER linger.
Two things are left behind.
First, is the body itself. It's physical matter. Right? See it. Touch it, etc.
The second one is the more interesting one of the two. It is the source of "ghosts".
As you know, the brain is an electrically powered device. The mind, which is the seat of your waking conciousness, is also electrical in nature. The difference is this electrical energy is very very fine. Rarified, Etheric. It is of such a high frequency, that it barely qualifies as matter belonging to the material world.
It is the most refined substance here.
The mind is what your soul interfaces with when it comes to this world. It also contains your ego. That is to say... who you believe yourself to be in this life. Likes, dislikes, habits, etc.
Even after the death of the body and brain, this energy kind of has a life of it's own for a while before it is reabsorbed into creation. Its not the person you knew in life, but if you have contact with it, it will often behave just like them.
There are ebbs and flows in this energy that affect the ability to see these "ghosts" from time to time.
The ghost hunters you see on TV are on the right track, because these apparitions are indeed electrical in nature. It will be a few years down the road before anyone has the equipment capable of picking up this left over energy, and identifiying it for what it is.
I'm letting you in on this little secret now. :)

Agreed, I think that some things just can't be proven by physics or science.

awesuuuuuuuum.i think insanity can be mistaken for ghosts sometimes but other than that the souls who are not ready or stuck in this world and their minds are what we see...oooooo

Nothing in this world can be purely explained by science... the world, the planet, reality, is soo much deeper than that. We are not simply a clock, but a giant organism. Watch "What the Bleed do We Know?"... we're all connected, science can only show so much. Quantum physics, people...

i believe that there are ghosts i stayed in a hospital for 3 months and crazy shit happened the doors to my nightstand would rattle my flowers would fling themselves off my table people called my name in the dead of night and one morning i woke up completley tucked in and i never am that way when i wake up my sheets are usaully off i asked some people if they had tucked me in at night and they said no they couldnt touch us when we were sleeping they said it was the nurse ghost and that she was really nice apparently the place had been a tuburculosis hospital one of the staff told me that it is possible that if someone has been doing something contiuously their energy stays there after they leave and you can see the remnants of it for years afterwards does any body believe that?

I believe it. The hospital can be a place of suffering, unrest, and unexpected death... I'm sure there's plenty of people in there who died violently, or unexpectedly, and don't want to leave yet. Any place where that much death occurs will have a lot of restless souls.
