Hey i recently discovered the greatness of ebay and being able to buy good seeds. I was wondering if you all could give me an idea of how, where, when to plant the poppies to insure a good harvest.

I live in mid florida and it's pretty humid right now should i wait?

i was told to plant them somewhere w/ loose dirt and kinda dry but not too dry....and that it is normal for them to lay over when they get abou 6 in tall....bout all i know...
