Do we see when we dream?

Do we actually dream images when we are dreaming or are we just dreaming thoughts then converting them to images?

What i'm trying to get to is what do people who are blind since birth dream?

That is an interesting question actually.

lately something really strange has been happening to me. my bed is up against a wall and on that wall are all sorts of drawings, posters, pictures, and writing. those things are incorporated into my dreams every single night i see them in my dream but as something else, like a billboard or something. but theyre always there. i always found that really odd but then my best friend told me one day that maybe its because i sleep with my eyes kind of open & maybe thats why i see all the stuff in my dreams fromt he wall in front of my bed. haha i know it doesnt have much to do with your post but i thought it was funny
