Typical Stoner List: The Magic Roundabout, The Clangers, Button Moon, Mr.Ben...But I was a pretty big Thundercats fan aswell! Had the sword and everything :) Only worked in darkened cupboards, but it kept me entertained for a bit.
And I still watch Pingu when I catch it.

I'm gonna be here for ages....
here's a few favourites to begin with:
Sharkey and George, The Magic Schoolbus, The Racoons, Thundercats, HEMAN!!!!!!, Animaniacs, Turtles, Killer Tomatoes from outer space, pingu, the herb garden, magic roundabout etc etc etc....

Aye Camberwick Green, Trumpton and Chigley were classics. Not technically cartoons but stop frame animations:p
