I think I'd go for Snatch too. Could say Lock Stock, but that didn't have Brad Pitt as an Irish Gypsie.

Pulp Fiction, if that counts as a gangster film. One of the most original films ever made:)

Goodfellas. No two ways about it!

Everything about it is fantastic. You've got Hill's younger days where the neighborhood is run by the classic mafia family. You see him pulling his first scams, getting in with the big boys. The relationships between Liotta, De Niro and Pesci are wonderfully wrote and acted.

It has one of the scariest and funniest scenes in movie history: "What am I, a clown?"

Plus that day in the film where Henry's running all over, collecting drugs, cooking dinner, picking up his brother - That's some movie history right there too! It's so fast paced and nerve wracking! Ahh, everything about it is spot on :)

I'm gonna watch it right now!
