Do you believe in ghosts? I do, I've seen a few, not so much anymore but when I was very, very young it happened several times.

The human mind is a powerful thing, and the imagination can indeed play some tricks. Ever woke up from a dream thinking it was real?
That's what I think ghosts are... figments of imagination, dreams...

Well, of course I have no proof of their existance, but I've been through a weird experience once or twice, particularly very young; the most prominent of these I don't remember myself, having been 2 years old, but my family has told me about how I used to see a "man" in our apartment, next to the piano, and I would yell and cry whenever I was in the room where I saw this thing. My parents thought I was just imagining something, but since I kept doing it they hired a psychic woman to come and examine me and the apartment (my parents don't believe that much in the supernatural, but they don't completely not believe in it either and since I'd been saying for weeks I'd been seeing a man in one place who scared me who no one else could see, they just wanted to be sure). Anyway, she did whatever she did and told my parents there was, indeed, a ghost there, and that it was angry because our apartment had formely been an office where the ghost had worked and we had put our piano where his desk had been (or where he had worked, anyway). So my parents moved the piano to another part of the room and I never mentioned the "man" again. That was the short version of the story. I had one or two other things like this but I don't want to bore anyone.:&

I do believe in "ghosts" - spirits... wandering souls... usually I only believe in what I can see, but even though I've never seen any ghost, I've sensed some.
Very strongly... and it's a pretty scary thing. I wish I wasn't medium sometimes.

Sure thing. Heres another, but it's probably less interesting (but it's not like I'm constantly seeing ghosts, so my stories are limited :p ). When my parents were looking for another apartment in New York my dad went to the apartment above (which was also for sale at the time) where he proceeded to stomp around on the floor, while my mom and myself waited in the lower apartment and listened to see if we could hear the stomping; the point was, if we moved into the apartment we wanted to see if people upstairs would be audible. So anyway, after visiting the apartment we went to the other one, where my dad had been stomping away, and my dad said "there wasn't a chair in the hall when I was here". There indeed was a chair that was in between the entrance hall and the main living room which apparently hadn't been there when my dad had been making noise, and the chair was right in the middle of the entrance, so unless someone had in the five minutes since my father had left walked into the apartment and randomly put a chair in the middle of an archway and then left without us hearing (which we would have, since they would have had to walk downstairs and the door was open so we would have heard) then there isn't any other explanation than what we thought, which was that the noise my dad was making disturbed a spirit who was residing there, who then pushed a chair to "block" the passage to prevent others from coming in and making noise.

I had a discussion with one of my students recently, and he told me he believes in ghosts, and feels their presence often. I'm not sure if I believe in them.

A few weeks ago I had seen something strange. I was chatting with Ono and after brushing my teeth I opened the door to our little floor and there was something white, old, long haired on the floor just for a second or so. It frightened the shit outta me.
When I was young I saw creepy shit like that too one time.
Nother freaky situation was when I was 18 or so. My schoolmates were on a trip to Usedom and I stayed home to get the school liberary ready (by the way - it isn't ready because some fucked up students but the books outta the bookshelf and smashed in on a floor - I was to down to clean that shit up).
On the last day on their trip I dreamed of a satanic ritual. Next day I talked to my german teacher and he tells me that his class (they were on a trip too) do satanic things on some graveyars. They pissed on graves and spit in the holy water.
A few weeks later I had 'nother dream like that which was like the other before very real and I woke up that night with headaches too. I saw a man and a woman doing bad things to their victim. I saw a window with red/black curtains and a foto of Tom Cruise playing in Anne Rice's Vampiremovie and something was written with fake blood on the window.
Next morning I woke up and felt sick.
I visited school and the next night was nice again.
Next day I looked up the newspaper in the morning and saw the fucking picture from my dream - some fucked up satanist killed a man.
And so it goes on and on. Since one year I am very lucky not having these visions but I think I passed the threads theme. Sorry man. Maybe you enjoyed these other paranormal stories.

i never really saw ghosts, but sometimes, when i was much younger, i would say something, and even if i said it jokingly, it would come true.
my mom had some more strange happenings.
one incident happened some time in the 70's. she and some other friends wanted to take her best friend back to the train station, she lived in a village near here and back then they all were too young to have a car and that was the only way for her to come here.
the group had to pass a small underground way to go there. but before they could enter it, they heard a kitten's meow near them and saw a little cute black cat. the cat made cute sounds and behaved as if it wanted everyone in the group to cuddle it, so everyone did. then they wanted to walk on, but the cat would not let them go! whenever they wanted, it would start again with making cute sounds. suddenly my mom and her friends heard something huge passing the underground way - then a police car speeded out of it!
if the cat were not there, they all would have been dead or injured!
(i don't know if underground way is the correct vocabulary - but i am to lazy to look it up properly :p )
another thing was this: a few weeks before she married my dad, my mom would start to have weird dreams. in this dreams, her grandfather would show her every place in our town where he was happy, and then he would enter the church where her family belonged to, and whenever she turnded around he wasn't there anymore, all she saw was an open casket but she never looked inside it, until the last night when she had this dream. it was like all the others, but this time she walked to the casket and looked inside it and there was her grandfather, dead.
the next morning she got up and felt strange. in the afternoon, her grandfather died.

I absolutley believe in ghosts, not that I've ever seen one, but I absolutely believe that people in the afterlife come to visit....

share some ghost stories... some are good, some are bad. some are spirits trying to have sex with me, or trying to atrngle me. some are vibrations of other times i tap into, some are really friendly loving spirit guides. It happens so much that it has to be 'real' becuase all of reality is real.. in whatever way it manifests.

There is another world, Heaven, there are people, who contact us if and when they can. I do writings, the thing is when they "bug" me.
The spirit of the person comes to me in my head and in my soul. They can come for only a little while, a couple of moments. Then there are times where they come for a couple of days, asking me to "talk" with them. So they can tell me what they want to tell me. To get messages to people that they care about and love. I know it all sounds so far out, but anyway. That is how it is.

When I'm on Stilnox I see blue spirits. Now whether they are hallucinations or not... who knows...
