I have constant angst... I'm not afraid, but my head won't say anything else inside me then "this is going to go wrong, you're going to die", or just "you're going to die, you're going to die!", maybe I look at something sharp, and my eye notice it, and my head just keeps going "don't go there!!! you're going to be badly injured! Move elsewhere!"
It's not like in words, but that is what is happening. It's really annoying, I am not afraid, but my head seems to be paranoid.
I think it can be summed up like this:
anxiety, anxiousness, concern, disquiet, disquietude, distress, nervousness, solicitude, unease, uneasiness, worry.
That's me.
I think to much, sometimes my head feels like it is going to explode!
It's really bothering me. Takes away a lot of my energy.
What should I do? Go to the doctor?

It is hard to say but a lot of people go through periods where they are very anxious for no particular reason. If it is going on for a while and causing you problems I would agree that getting a doctor to refer you to a counsellor might help sort it out. That assumes you have a good doctor who won't immediately try to give you tranquilisers or something ;)

I have a good doctor.. I've had it now a long time, so I want to get rid of it...
It causes much unnecesary (sic?) stress.
Also, I try to be perfect... And if I don't do this or that perfect, I get dissapointed with myself.. I think I need a psychologist..
Thanks for replying.

I trained with a student who went on to be a psychologist specialising in anxiety. She says that generally people come to her a few times and learn some behavioural methods that they use to stop these feelings getting out of hand. Good luck.

At one point, lol, yeah.Seriously though.. It's not me that has angst, it is my head!!! I don't get it.... I'm not scared or anything, but my head is... My body is calm.. But my head feels like dying from panic.. Sounds strange, hu?

Tis not strange at all my friend....
I dont know what advice to give ya, that wasnt already said...

Thinking like this will cause you to have a lot of stress and such. You shouldnt get dissapointed with yourself, you should be happy with yourself and know that you are perfect and things happen that stress people out, but to just learn to relax your mind...this probably didnt make sense, but good luck :)

sounds like panic attackes/anexiety attacks wich may be associated with a fear attached to obsesive behavior ....... you may not realize how therapy can really reduce anxiety and these attacks!
