What is the definition of "pure service"? How dose it work?
Nowadays, there are many nursing home in UK, some of them are "pure service", some of them are not, the problem is that how to indentify them whether they are "pure service" or not!

Why are you posting this in the business forum? Are you in the nursing home business? I'm not familiar with how labelling/advertising laws work in the UK, but sometimes phrases like that are used in advertising, and they really have no meaning.
