what to do with a plant that is pretty high...

In terms of growth. I would say two feet. My friend has one this high but and it is pretty strong but how do you get it to bud? He has heard to cut it back, pluck of leaves etc....help!

As meangreen put it your light cycle is what will start it to bloom.
And toping it does not make it bloom.And never take those leaves of there there for a purpose.what you been told is far from were you will be if you follow some simple advice.Jah Love!!!!
