La Caņada Flintridge is where I did my med/surg rotation; at the Verdugo Hills Hospital. http://www.colapublib.org/libs/lacanada/ Their library was the second branch of the Los Angeles County Library system. http://www.lacanadaflintridge.com/index.htm It's a very clean place. I always felt safe there. http://www.descansogardens.org/site/ And if you're into botany I believe the Descanso Gardens are worth a gander :)
