bloody hellucination

this hellucination i had in grade 5 (still freaked the shit out of me)... i was living at my dad's house and in the middle of the night I woke up all scared and almost having a panic attack i went to the washroom and when i looked in the merror I had a bunch of blood running down my face and blood all over my hands and my face was all white and same with my hair... I got all scared and went to bed and I felt bugs crawling all over me and i started itching them like crazy and then i heard people calling my name (i hear things too) and i started getting more scared... i finally fell asleep and i woke up with bloody scratch marks all over my body...

what did you wash the blood off of your face with? was it bloody in the morning? where there any drops of blood anywhere to be found, mayb in your bed? you may have had a lucid dream that you though was reality. you may have phyically made the scratches yourself while in your sleep. the explanations for that occuring are endless..
