I'm sure you'll find the weed flowin' a plenty anywhere you go in northern california.

Should you choose to stick around the northeast, I attended Skidmore College which is one of the best Liberal Arts schools in the country - located in Saratoga Springs, NY - great music scene, good buds, the Adirondacks are only a short drive away as well.

Good luck

Skidmore sounds like a very cool place, is it very hard to get accepted?

Skidmore is very competitive to get into, yep. But no reason not to try. Other great liberal arts places: Haverford & Swarthmore outside of philly, though swat is brutal brutal brutal brainiacs hehe. Wesleyan, insanely liberal place, I love wes! fabulous place. amherst another nice new england liberal arts one.
I'm just randomly naming places obviously. Oh, oberlin, another great one.
