i hate it because, now that it's dyed every time i wash it, it fades and i love the colour it was :(
i hate having to re-dye it
and my hair's really thick and curly so washing it makes it puffy afterwards
i should just get dreads :D

biosilk, and a flat iron. I have the smae kinda hair and most people I know assume my hair is naturally really straight. If your color fades get a sulfate free shampooi hate it because, now that it's dyed every time i wash it, it fades and i love the colour it was :(

You can put powder on your roots to dry up the oils. I heard this is almost like shampooing tho I've never tried it. I probably wouldn't blend the powder very well with the rest of my head.

I bought Victoria Secrets So Sexy volumizing shampoo and it's the best smelling shampoo EVER!!!! Have you smelled this stuff?

I haven't smelt that but my friend Katie was just telling me about it, that's funny. I haven't been in victoria secret for almost a year...and I REALLY need to go. I would be embarassed if I died.

yeah I have the bumble and bumble spray on hair powder but it is tinted and it ruined my dye job a few months ago because it's tinted. If there is a non-tinted one anyone knows about please tell me :)dont they have that spray to make your hair smell fresher.....

Things have been good our way. Having fun and keeping busy. I bought a sedu hair straightener. I posted some pictures in members gallery and photos. I love it! It's been months since I cut my hair. I made a promise not to get it cut for 6 months. I'm checking the ends praying they don't split.

I love biosilk I have really naturally curly hair and it makes my hair so straight and shiny. I like the chi silk infusion and iron guard too. I am a product junkie.

last night...just tired of things, same people same places. some friends moved all withing the last month and I am kinda at the point where I would rather stay home because I don't really like my not so close friends, actually by the end of the night I wanna throw something at them. that's not a good sign-right?
Conference sucks but because i don't manage a budget i can't work over 50 hours a week by some weird law (that I am happy for) so somone is handeling the conference tommorow ( i wish them luck)
but overall life is good and what's not good is mediocore and unchangable.
I'm just tired and my hair is still dirty...tonight is gonna be the night.
how's football season going? how's the weather. is it cooling down?-I really want to know it's 85 degrees here 0 humidity at 8 in the evening which makes you just feel icky. I am going to the beach tommorow though by myself and am really looking foward to that

An alone beach day sounds spiritual and I am jealous! I'd love a day alone at the beach. I hope you have a good time today.

The weather here is beautiful, 78 degrees with a light wind. A little humid by afternoon. Mornings are the best, cooler air. We had a massive heat wave last week, 100 degrees, heat index was 115 degrees. Very sticky and hard to breathe outside.

Since I started straightening my hair I'm becoming a junkie. I don't want to fry my hair. When I straighten it looks so healthy. My hair is naturally wavy too. If I let it dry naturally it become 3 inches shorter from the waves. I want long hair damn it! lol

Football season is going well. Actually we had a situation this past week. Billy doesn't know many of the kids on his team. This bothers him if we were to leave him there during practice. He's always been out going so this experience has humbled him. He wants one of us there with him 2 hours a night 5 nights a week so I said I'd be the one but last night we all went. Some kid punched my 5 year old in the eye because John went to give something he had in his hand to the kid that had it first. In stead of hitting the kid back he walked away. I was so proud of him!

What kinds of things/places do you go/do with your friends? Do you spend a lot of time with Katie?

forgot...It only takes me 5-10 minutes to straighten my hair. I glide it through all over. I never leave it on one spot. Your hair will get hot. I use a pick to pick up the hair or the end of a comb.

no, Katie went back to school, when she's here we spend a lot of time together. mostly lounges or snorkeling or going to the gym or yoga. I haven't been doing much besides the drinking lately though so I am going to be good and do less of it and more of the later. A lot of my friends are married or close to it so sometimes it's hard for them to wanna get out of bed to go do yoga on a saturday when they could be having sex-totally agree, so much more fun than yoga. what kind of stuff do you guys do? do you have other family near by who watches the kids?

I have to laugh. I bought a yoga tape last Saturday. I've never done it and want to try it. I figured when school starts and I have the place to myself for a couple of hours I'll make a go at it.

Last time I put Tae Bo in the boys and I were jumping around the living room together trying not to box each other. The dog even wants to be a part of the action.

We are going camping at the beach next Saturday with the Horses in Maryland. Wild horses roam the beaches freely. Then we are camping in NJ to see a Blue Angels/Thunderbirds air show. It's going to be awesome. I hope I get some color.

I couldn't respond until I washed my hair. I did today...I went 8 days that's a record for me since birth I think.
