Orbit/orbiting (glowsticking technique)

ok so i dunno if this is the right place to ask but i have been raving since i was 17 im now 20 im pretty ok at dancing with or without glowsticks but i just saw an insane video at houseofrave.com of someone "orbiting" the site does little to shine light on how it is done someone please, please help me.

The site clearly explains how it's done. I'm high and I still understand it.

A string with their micro lights tied onto the middle. They're turned on, and the string is twisted and shit, then pulled tight which makes the lights spin around on the string. Then he just kinda swings the shit around and does it again.

I get the feeling that this is some spammy shit :[
