View Full Version : Shit... Any Advise?

I just finished my harvest of sweat diesel and NL x with budda eevrything looked fine while in the flowering stage but once i had cut them and hung them up i notices after 4 days they were totally crispy dry and all the buds looked like shit they were all air and lose and had no density... does any1 know what could of been the problem....i felt as it was a total waste as i was expecting grades..:mad: i have grown before and it never turned out like this....

Could be genetics or the fact that you may of harvested to early. Some sativas are light and airy buds.

yeah but 80 percent of the pistils changed in color and i've done this strain b4 too, it came out skinny the last time but not straggly and airy like this...

Did you use a smaller pot?

As ED says mj goes through several stages of flowering, sounds like you harvested early. What happens is after those first buds look done more will pop out fresh and white then get old and another set starts until they're nice big solid buds!

so even tho had finished more then the the 8 week cycle they were still not ready to harvest? its wierd cause all the cola's and even the smaller lower buds were dense and hard....

Now I'm a perty dumb Orang, but "huh"? 8 weeks in flower? I'm sorry I'm just too stoneded I pass.

I'm feeling much better now!!! They will, but lose a lot during dehydration. Still get you high, but won't last. We sample toward the end of flower 'specially if tanked out from last grow. If I'm right no prob now you know 3 months goes by fast if you don't think about it!

Not enough light,genetics,high heat,and improper curing are all culprits of air buds.
