why are you beautiful?
why cant your face escape my thoughts?
why are you so troubling?
why are you everything im not?

and for so long,
i made you all i ever had.
i can watch you now,
but only through a broken glass

every day is the same routine;
i wake up and look for your face,
only to find im alone again.

how long can i endure
the suprise of each sunrise
without your face shining through
