Beautiful plant, but trying the branches down like that isn't true LST.
LST involves bending/training the meristem when the plant is still a seedling.

Either way, I would love to get a pound a plant indoors.

How did you get it to branch out so much?

That is a very nice lookin Deisel. :) Far as I know LST and STROG are the same thing. The term "strog" is usually aplied when a group of plants are given the treatment in close quarters in order to promote an even canope. The main idea here is to lower the main cola and make another limb higher than the top. This hormoanally causes the highest from the ground branch to become dominant. As you pull the top down you force the other parts of the plant to grow up more rappidly. In a system where your clones that go into flower are xpekted to streach to 3 times their size its a great tekneek to use. It works great weather ya start it in veg or in the flower room. Check out the Flower Room Fun thread in the tekneeks section, alla them flowers that Lump puts in get tied down and spread out with coat hangers in the flower room not in veg. annyhow, I thought that would be a good example. All the flowers in that room are tied and spread and only in the flower room not in veg. :D

This strain naturally branches out especially if you top it. It was vegged for 8 weeks. It is not my plant I saw it on another site when looking for info on this strain.
