Runnning out of time NEED HELP!!!!!!!

I have a drug test in 3 days and I smoked 3 days ago for the first time in a month. I have been drinking alot of water, but what else can I do? Also how much water and how sure an I be? Help wanted badly!!!

I am pretty physically fit, 5"11' and168 LBS. It was pretty sticky but nothing special. My metabolism is average. And I've prolly had 2 gallons and I just keep drinking water.

A few 1000mg tabs of Vitamin C used to work back when I had to worry about. I was even stoned once while I took the test - came up clean. I don't know if it masked the THC (then you're outta luck because they prolly figured a way around it) or flushed/destroyed the THC molecule in the urine.

Niacin(vitamin B3) works well. They sell it in the drug store in 500mg tablets. People usually take one every 6 hours for a couple of days and they come out clean. I think all it does is speed up the metabolism and help get the impurities out of your body. You may want to try that. How much did you smoke?

That's if you pour water in the cup, not if you drink lots of water.

If you take my Niacin suggestion, continue to drink a lot of water. Because the Niacin will make you hot and you need to stay hydrated.

I would spend the next three days taking 1000 mg of Vitamin C and 500mg of Niacin every 8 hours and drinking lots and lots of water till you want to puke then drink more, and go jogging twice a day till you feel like dying then jog some more.

Also there has been a huge heat wave in my city (St. Louis, MO) this week and I'm planning to dilute and say I've been drinking lots of water to stay cool. Do you think I am going to pass or should I try and postpone (say I'm sick), and for how long should I postpone the test?

You may be alright, since you only smoked one bowl.

When you say 'dilute' do you mean that you're gonna put something in the sample? If so, I would advise against that.

i know someone who quit smoking friday an passed a drug test monday of last week..

he did nothing but drink 2 gallons of water a day an a half gallon the morning of the test..

like i said he passed with flying colors..

Well if it's been a week since you've smoked, and before that was a month, and you've been drinkin' so much water, you should be fine. THC takes a little over 3 months to leave your body.. also you should get a diuretic which makes you urinate more, which I believe would be more effective and would be less painful (when I drink large amounts of water I feel really bloated, and it sorta hurts).

It basically said this: a 21 year old male 5'7' aprox. 145lbs abstained from marijuana for 2 weeks.
Day 1 - tested for marijuana that he smoked 2 weeks ago. PASSED! =)
Day 2 - day of ingestion he smoked 2 bowls over the whole day, and the last hit was taken at 8 p.m. FAILED!
Day 3 - 24 hours after ingested. FAILED!
Day 4 - 48 hours after ingestion! PASSED! :)
Day 5 - 72 hours after ingestion! PASSED! :)

He's an occasional smoker so.. about 1 bowl a week..
he also didn't drink any large amounts of water or take anything.. but the test said that he did consume hard liquor.. which alcohol is a diuretic (makes you urinate alot).. so you take that how you want.

Well I gave myself an extra 10 days by saying that I'm going to Florida. This will give me 12-17 days (depending when I take the test). I think I won't even need to dilute if I" have this much time, right?

why r you so worried about the test,,,, n then post pone it anyway??? sounds to me like you are more worried about other things that ya aint lettin on...... all this over a bowl??? i dont think so.....:)

Won't they find the Vitamin C and the Niacin? Especially if they use a doctor's physical exam. with it? Its not hard to do, just another pregnancy-test-like-strip they stick in the cup and they see it.

If you do go drinking too much water that will put your electrolytes out as well which will make you feel REALLY ill weird as it is but you can drink too much fluids so just be careful.
