Has anybody been a victim of police brutality ie. un-warranted search, hit with a baton, arrested with dodgy reasons, constantly been pulled over? I can admit to the being pulled over and the search thing but not the other two

Years ago, on the road, I joined others in an abandoned building to sleep for the night. The cops came in and rounded us all up. I was hit across the lower back with his baton.
I did not think the action was needful, but obviously he did.

After spending the night in a jail cell, I had a detective call me up at 7 AM on my cell phone to tell me "I am going to do everything in my power to ruin your life." Nothing came of it, though.

I was pinned with a charge of disorderly conduct because i was trying to get into my friends uncles house with my friend and someone called the cops assuming we were trying to break in (we were'nt, we had permission), but the cops couldnt nail us with anything else so i got that petty charge. They wouldnt let us walk with nothing, they seemed positive we were up to something illegal

Like the Bill Hicks (RIP) quote...try and make sure you give the man some credit though.

I have been pulled over somuch as I am on the obligatory Probationary License till im 21 and cops think we are all crazy drivers if we are on P plates. I have had my car searched in the middle of the night after i was pulled over after i was about to leave a side street. I was searched as well...wont go into livid detail but all i can say is, it was a cold cold night...
