"secret" drug tests, Fact or Fiction

I'm going to my yearly doc appointment: when the doc takes the standard piss cup, do/can they (legally) test for drugs?

Also, if they DID need my consent, how long before hand would I have to know about it, meaning: is it possible that I could have no warning and just show up for my physical only to hear on the spot that I was being tested?

Whens your appointment? If you dont want take the chance, and you have time .Then you can jump in the marijuana forum and see how you can pass the test...

no, if its a doctor, and if they do give you a drug test, you can tell them you dont want the results shown. and your parants cant do shit about it. since its your private medical records just like a doctor cant tell your parants your homosexual, sexually active or somewthing without your consent. of course if you dont release the results, then your parants will obviously get suspicious, but they dont have any proof

dude i dont know about ur hospital but when i get a phyiscal including the piss test you go into a bathroom with a little window where you drop the cup off so wat i do is either contaminate the cup or just fill it with water wtf are they gonna say.

no those drug tests are just for medical conditions... unless you ask to get tested for mj. as long as you dont do that ur ok ;)
