I've tried it more times than i can count...thats pretty weird. The only thing about it is that ...just like any drug, the more u do, the more it takes to get the same affect. With that said, when you're talking about cough syrup..that shit just sucks. First it was 4 oz...then 8...then i went to the gel caps and then i puked it once so i stopped. (usually a sign that your body cant handle it!) I only did DXM for concerts and shit when i didnt have shrooms by the way. NOW, for any of you who wants to try it...ill tell you the safe way so u dont die. (and of course im not promoting it). Trippin off of DXM HAS to be done the correct way or else u wont be very happy with the results. Only use Robitussin and Coricidin. With robitussin, they have the kind where the only active ingredient IS DXM, so of course get that. I dont recommend coricidin bc they dont have one with ONLY DXM in it! So uh....i'd say stick with the robo just to be safe.

just make sure watever you take is pure dxm, look at the active ingredients
c-3s are the most common, but theyre also the only form of dxm that has killed people, that is the impure dxm products

ive done dxm way too many times, and loved it every time, probably my favorite drug

i've tried DXM a couple times. both experiences were positve, although i do feel after the second time that larger doses are not necessarily good for socializing. also i don't kno how normal this is, but for almost 24 hours after the "trip" was over and mentally i was thinking normal again i continued to have phsyical side effects which included slurred speech, loss of motor skills (i literally couldn't walk for a period of time), blurred and double vision, and nausea. i haven't done much research on DXM cause i really don't plan on doing it again because of the very long hang over effects i get, but in the limited research i have done i found a few papers that mentioned habitual use leading to irreversible brain damage. again limited research, might be complete bullshit, but definitely something to look into.

DXM can be fun. I've had a few good experiences, and a few really scary ones. Don't discount it as a 'little kid's drug'...if you do, it WILL take you by surprise. Don't do too much either, that can be scary and NOT cool. The one really good DXM experience I had was just me and a close friend....we had a very entertaining night of BSing, smoking buds, and listening to music. If you do decide to try it, make sure you have a VERY good friend around! If you do, it can be worth it. Otherwise, stay away.

I tripped countless times on DXM, probly 20-40 times starting when I was 16 and ending at 17 or 17 and a half? the past 4 years of my life is a crazy blur lol. anyway, my first time was 750mg and i was fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuckedup, seeing triple if not quadruple, my parents took me to the hospital I was so fucked, I couldnt walk without being helped. apparently i was yelling "fuck america!" in the waiting room and kept ripping that wristband they put on u off. the only way to calm me down was to get me to sing bob marley. I had to drink charcoal, they put an IV in me, but I lucked out on the catheter part and finally managed to piss in the cup at the very last chance they gave me (score, no object in my urethra). Despite this, i tripped again on it 2 days later lol. I was smart and always took pure DXM, never ever took coriciden. I've taken it in robo 4oz, 8oz, pure powder DXM in a gelcap one time 700~mg (if I could easily get it pure I'd probly do it again it was alot easier on the body), vicks44, zicam, 2 different kinds of gelcaps. I lost interest in it after I got into REAL drugs. Some of the wackiest scenarios took place with me and my best friend on DXM, getting locked in his garage for hours at 2am, the Bizarro sealab episode came on, us sitting there like schoolgirls laughing our asses off, playing with blowtorches or anything around that was cool+dangerous (dunno why), only to find out we WERENT locked in the garage but the door was hella stuck. Then my friend is playing with a knife in the dark, stabs himself in the forhead not severely or anything but just enough to make blood trickle down, hella fucking funny. we'd be in his room and I would be burning hot and he'd be cold as fuck, then it would switch I'd be freezing cold he'd be hot as fuck. just wacky and funny.

dxm is pretty good, and gets you decent hallusinations.

but your not going to get anything unless you drink like a whole bottle of nyquill or robitussin.

just make sure that your not overdosing too much on ibopropen too, cuase thats in many products that also contain dxm, and iboprufen will make your stomache bleed.

try lsd is you really want to hallicinate though.

I fucken love DXM, that shit is badass. I might go as far as calling it my favorite drug. I love how at different doses it gives different effects. Most I've ever done at once was 960mg. That was a trip.

Do you get pure DXM online? I'm thinking about doing that in mass amount, because I hate consuming all those fucking chemicals and other stuff in typical cough medicines, its just terrible for you and terrible feeling. Cleaner acid produces a better trip, so cleaner DXM should as well if the universe has any sense at all....

Yeah I get pure DXM. It tastes like death though, I put it in gel caps. Also at higher doses it makes me really itchy for about half hour to an hour.

ADVICE LIKE THIS KILLS PEOPLE,,, tripple c's, CORCIDAN COUGH & COLD is pretty much the only cough syrup(not containing opiates) that has killed people, for ccc to be recreational you need to ingest another chemical that is deadly when taken in the dosages you need for the dxm to hit you,,, also nyquil, every 15mg of dxm has 325-500(dont feel like checking) mg of acetaminophen in it(tylenol) so when u take ur 300mg;s of dxm to "trip" ur also popping 20 tylenols, GET COUGH SYRUP THAT ONLY HAS DEXTROMETHORPHAN(dxm) IN IT u were right about that, but never resort to ccc cuz that is THE MOST DANGEROUSE ONE,,, ps dont take this shit with xtc, cuz dxm makes ur body unable to regulate its body temp while mdma tends to overheat u (ussually when at a rave but not always)

I LOVE DXM, but advice like that is what gets people killed.
