Sounds interesting...
I haven't heard of it, and a quick search on erowid for it only brought up a few pictures of the plant itself and the legal facts.
It's apparently completely un-regulated, which leads me to believe there should be a lot of info about it somewhere...and plenty of places it's available..
But so far, I'm not coming up with much...
Anyone else have info on it? Or just experiences with it to share, for that matter?

They sell herbal supplimements of it at the local supermarkets around here. Any well stocked herb dealer should have it also. It is fairly easy to grow from seed.

i sell valerian sleeping pills where i work. never knew they gave you vivid dreams, definantly going to pick some up next time i work there. will let you all know how it goes. although, to be perfectly honest, i'll probably forget, if not to buy the valerian, then to post about it in this thread.

I had crazy dreams last night. Very vivid. Sucked to wake up, because i realised i hadn't really found a wallet with 3 grand in it, and Lindsay Lohan isn't really my girlfriend, and i'm not a world-renound graffiti artist.

Oh well, there's always tonight :P

You can buy valerian tea, just stick 8 or 9 bags in a cup squeeze them like mad and leave them in the cup, then drink the tea. Its pretty good, feels like you took a few roche, same kinda buzz, real relaxing if nothing else.
