Foresty and NCAA

Alright does anyone know any schools with a good foresty program. right now i want to either be a park ranger, or work with land conservation. and also does anyone know how like your courses work if your gonna play college football. for example, i know for a forestry degree you are going to have to do field studys, and if I am traveling around for games and prac. how can i do that?

I could be wrong, but I believe my cousin studied forestry at Mississippi State. And I guess he learned enough because he's done a good job managing my parents' land and timber.
