Ive read them all, probably all more than once. i was in 6th grade.

i haven't actualy read any of them, and for absolutely no other reason that doing so just hasn't yet been high enough on my roundtuit, things i need to do and want to bad inough to let other things go inorder to.

what i've seen of movie trailers and on author discussion forums (elsewhere) is that these books have nothing to do with any sort of real polythiest mystacism, but about the fun and power of immagination. both of which, btw, i see as good things. just the more 'mainstream' anything is, the further down it tends to get pushed on my roundtuit list.

and harry potter, however otherwise its supposed subject matter might be, is pretty darn smak dab mainstream. i mean the more the main stream learns to embrace any sort of REAL immagination and creative thinking, well that IS a VERY GOOD thing.

so i wish the series a long and happy life. for that sake. anything that might help people open their eyes and do their thinking instead of closing them i'm for.
