Can anyone tell me if adding Visine to urine works to keep from detecting THC? Also, I heard drinking 1 1/2 gallon of water and a crushed up iodine tablet will get you clean, true?

the best thing to do is just drink a lot of water, and maybe get some aerobic exercise

Even if you smoke every day? I was pretty worried about eating an iodine tablet.
