Says 10,839 feet is the elevation of this peak http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnis/web_query.GetDetail?tab=Y&id=203929 where at on the mountain they are taking the temps from is not known to me, but heres what www.weather.com (http://www.weather.com) says the temps are: as of June 25th

man the weather the least of my worries on this one..

the scarscity of info from the FS an the people on the land is what worries me..
