$250,000 EEEEEKKK....
I'm looking for more as well, found some really good deals that border the Big Bend national park (West Texas) if you can do the desert life gig. $1800 for 5 acres $6000 for 20 acres $10,000 for 40 acres acres 0% intrest make $100 payments till paid off... not so bad, the Rio Grande flows through there about 30 miles away..... town of 5000 is about 80 miles to a town called Alpine. Terlingua is about 25 miles away and has about 200 residents... I'm thinking I'm picking up piece there... PM if you interested theres pleanty to be sold by the guy, about 5000 acres worth... oh ya its in the mountains too.. no trees but mountains...

if that has decent early water call rights, that'd be a steal.
The community I cover near Denver has the average house on a .25 acre lot at $300k
