Brain Tingling

so i was bored and decided to look out my window and focus on the two white sides of the open window, while still looking at the trees i started to get some transparent type visulizations flying around outside the window and then they made a vortex type of circle i didnt really know what to make of it, it was pretty mesmorizing. then half of my brain started to tingle, im not sure what to make of it.
