what is really real? and before you answer that, how can somthing be real.
where are we existing. and does any of 'this' really mean anything at all.
where are we really right now, we are actually moving through space, from one side of the universe around the sun too the other side. but where is that.
what is existence exiting in? the qestions go on, they become so uncomprehenshionable that they just make you feel sick.
then comes a point while your sitting on the bus that you trully belive you dont exist, or you come to a point when you realise its imposible for you to be sitting their and you almost cry.

words like 'where', have 1 trillion variational meanings above and below it in a another species vocabulary.
is it worth studying for that exam paper, or is it just like getting stressed in a dream. aigh

"I think therefore I am"
The only truth we can know because doubt is an act of existing, everything after that is just speculation.

Anyway if you're interested in this sort of stuff I suggest you look up Descartes, he was a famous philosopher, speaking of which perhaps this should be in the philosophy forum?

Although i guess if these questions are causing you stress then perhaps mental health is appropriate but it wont answer your philosophical questions i dont think.

I have heard genius borderlines maddness;) :p

Becoming aware of what you are and are not is an awkward phase in the least in our culture...if we don't turn to religion (which most have lost faith in)we kinda have to set off into the wildness of our own spiritual nature on our own. I started out in the philosophy forum here as well and consider early man to be in about the same boat as myself because I don't have the wisdom of my immediate family and social structure to guide me...I am actually trying to redo what those very people have taught me....it sucks when the only person you can trust to guide you is yourself and you don't even know who that is.

Sooo, 'Where ever you go there you are'...and what is important to you is what is important for the whole as well, because each of us seem to be a facet of that whole and we seem to be here to manifest our own unique characteristics. It's up to you to discover who you are.

Learning to still your mind may also proove theraputic...let it go when you are too full and just know that 'I am'(:) that means you are), then embrace it when you can again...just like breathing. You might wanna try the yogo and meditation fourms as well.

Happy adventures in your seeking!
