You know eventhough I haven't ever cooked in a restaurant before I still love to cook. It's like my passion, besides smoking. I cook everynite of the week for 8 people since I live with my mom. And I must say eventhough I know what they all like to eat, what they don't, what there allergic to and can't eat you have to be on your toes and know what your doing as well. You have to always be patient and remember to always have fun when you cook. By the way I've been checking out a great college up in Minnesota it's called Le Cordon Bleu@ Brown College and they have the best everything. I'm wanting to go there so bad, so you should check it out man. And please feel free to drop me some lines sometime!

Peace, Love, & Chicken Grease!

I'm a chef. I went to my local trade school, and I recommend something like that. I also recommed going to CIA because most restaurant owners are total dipshits and still think that CIA means something. If money and position are what you want then CIA is the way to go.

Do you know how hard it is to find someone, especially someone who enjoys cooking as much you or I do. Cooking is a beautiful thing!

Yeah true that! I haven't had any restaurant experience! When I started cooking I was younger, but now that I'm older I cook for 8 people everynite and believe me I know to create a meal that all of us can eat that way noone is eating what they hate, or what makes them sikc and so on and so fourth!
