my brother age is 19. he rarely sleeps in night. he also speaks something whenever he is alone. he looks very weak. is he suffering from any disorder

Ok this place is for discussing mental issues not for diagnosing people, what i am trying to say as useful as advice can be from complete random strangers, it is never as safe as getting sound medical advice from a professional. If you're worried about your brother and it seems you have a good reason to be you should see a doctor.

I agree Xac this isnt the place to diagnose anything because unles sim mistake non of us are doctors.

If you have any concerns I suggest you ask him to speak to his doctor or you speak to him and ask why - from the info you have given there is no chance poeple can give you any advise anyway
