Stuffing/Dressing

Been eating a lot of chicken lately and have come to enjoy preparing it baked. I've rediscovered some of the recipes that I have for dressings (stuffing) and my all time favorite is still mushroom.
Any other favorites?

Sadly, the only stuffings I ever make come from a box, not from scratch. But my mother in law makes a steller stuffing every thanksgiving with her turkey, it's truly the best I've ever eaten.
