Instructions
Do this spell on the Full Moon, as close to the beginning of your journey as possible.
1. Open your magick circle. Set up your correspondences. Pour yourself a cup of fragrant tea, such as chamomile or jasmine. Light your incense and candle. Lay out your herbs for the faeries. Play your music CD and hold your crystal. Relax while listening to the music, and proceed into a trance state by relaxing and breathing deeply for three minutes. Focus your mind on your rune symbol. Take as long as you need to reach this relaxed trance state.
2. Visualize the trip problem free and visualize returning home happy where everything is fine. On a piece of purple card, draw a symbol of your rune, and bless it with the herbs, stone, and smoke. Cut the rune in half.
Chant nine times:
Now I venture on my way
Coming home another day
All will be as I here see
Blessed and safe. So mote it be.
3. Store half your rune in a drawer at home, and put the other half in your suitcase. The rune will work to bring itself back together, drawing you back home safely. 4. Now close down your circle, thank the corners for the assistance, and replace your circle back in its brass box. Carefully wrap all the correspondences you used in silk cloth, and store them in a box to be used another day.
