Is a difference in taste? Do they taste like regular curry, and by regular I mean yellow curry?

depends what type of curry you are talking about i guess....

in NZ often red & green curry refer more to thai style curries. Coconut milk, lemongrass, chillies, corriander, that sort of thing.

red is a little milder than green - but that's not a hard and fast rule.

I think by "yellow curry" you were referring to an Indian or Pakistani style curry. And yes, they all taste different.

I looooove curry.... best stuff in the world. I go on Indian food kicks every once in a while, it's some good eatin'.
