Male yeast Infection

So I went to the doctor and had a STD test done and they came back Negative. I do not have anything. The only thing that worries me is that the tip of my penis my ureathra (sp) is red and sometimes very sensitive. I was wondering if the test that are done check for yeast infections. I also spoke with friends and they just said its all mental now. Can someone help me out!

Not at all just really sensitive. I'm thinking while having sex I went in when it was a little to dry and strecthed the skin on the top of my penis to much and made like a paper cut and now its just healing. I've asked people to look at the tip and they don't notice anything wrong.

I had a nasty reaction to nonoxynol 9 before. It's a spermicidal found in many products, & used to coat some condoms. That stuff is pretty harsh. :/

Yup...if you've been using condoms with spermicide you may have a yeast infection. Go to the girlie section of your drug store and get a small tube of Mono-stat.Put it on once a day for a few days and things should improve.
