how would you know it was god?

Because god is offering it. It's a given. If you had said "if a stranger offered you a candy bar ..." it might be different. ;)

how would you know it was a candy bar?

It would come wrapped in a layer of tinfoil with paper on the outside. There would be advertisements and pictures of it on the front, with things that say "Now with 33% more chocolate!" On the back, I'd find a list of ingredients and some nutritional information.

if god offered you a candy bar what would you do?

Check to see if it's vegan, and then thank him even if it isn't. :sunglasse

i'd say, "if you're really a snake and you want me to eat this candy, which is really an apple, so that i will have knowledge, you can just say so, because i'm gonna eat it anyway. but if you're god just being nice and giving me candy, thanks."

I don't believe in him/her/it, so I'd be scared! :D ;)

I'd know its candy because the wraper would be made by humans(not the candy). I would it was god because the candy would taste good.

I don't really like candy bars, except for the crunchy ones like Twix. The chewy ones get bits of them stuck in my back teeth in a way that I find unplesant, and that unplesantness generally outweighs the pleseantness of the candy bar.
