I usually take a hot steamy bubble bath. If I can’t do that I will walk away from whatever is getting me in a bad mood.

or go distract myself with somethign happy, like tv, a book, a video game

I noticed the hair outlined and help define my chest and stomach quite well. now it lacks definition and my chest and stomach, due to the hair, are much whiter than the rest of me
