I put my child in a new preschool and now there closed for the week. The new work schedul came out and the days I requested were not on there. I have told them of this problen so many times. I know its not there job to care for my child and me but now I have no other choice but to stay home for the week. Befor it was hard enuf to find weekend childcare so I mite get fired and who in there right mind would higher me now with the record I have? I'm venting and I dont know what to do. And by the way I
OK this is where you say shut up and do something.

not to day i get to play at home mom. Maby we do get what we pray for. So I will have a day to get some art finished for the art show in a few months and gardening with my Ocean right beside me. To day is wonderful and everything is going to be just fine.

Bullshit! IF you live in the U.S. apply at your local welfare office for Day care help. Depending on your payscale, and it sounds like you qualify so far.
They'll be able to help you find and Co-pay for something more affordable to you. I know this doesn't solve the problem in the LONG-RUN, or even for everyone. In Clark County Nevada, which is where I am, we have it on the next County ballot to aprove or dis-aprove all day Kindergarten. I'll do what I can this election.
