Asheville Represent!

Hey Y'all I'm new to this board. I was just wondering if anyone here was from the Asheville, NC area? I'm always looking to make new friends in the lgbt community. I'm married (but bi) so not looking for a date, just some friendly faces.

try "rainbow's end" store if still there, or "malaprops" book store for the best resources to the glbt community (both stores are very friendly, and know they are the city's welcome mat)...and enjoy asheville, it is a wonderful city. i had to return to maine to caretake my mom, but will be back in asheville when my duties here are over.

There's a little cafe on battery park avenue that is very friendly, too (can't remember the name, but I think it's like "Europe" something). I love it there. Asheville's the best; truly, my favorite city!

Pretty much all of Asheville is friendly; it is known as the Little San Francisco.

BTW, I'm from Asheville.
