do you learn to ask for help?

I can't do it... I can't burden people I know with myself, with my problems. It's not fair. I tried but, it's not a fair thing to do to someone, it's not very well received and i understand that it's tiring when you have to deal with that persons instability nearly every time you see them

I have a hard time asking for help with big things, not the little trivial things in my life but the things that are really bogging me down. I am bad too, I let it get so bad that I am nearly at wits end before I ask for any help. I am working on it though.
