How Come My Head Is Always Feels Like In The Clouds, And I Cant Pay Attention To No One? I Always Try To Listen To What People Say, But Then I Forget Everything Right Away. And No It's Not From Drinking, It's Like I Cant Ever Feel Grounded No Matter How Hard I Try. Please Dont Say I Have Add Because I Dont Like It

Maybe not ADD at all...what do you actually DO when you feel youre not concentrating?...do you think, dream, and stay in a "world of your own"?
If so, this is something i can definitely relate to...

yea, just like im a million miles away all the time. It's like I just cant come to reality, which i usually woudlnt mind but now i have a baby and responsibilties so I have to and it's hard

Well, i know exactly what you mean alright. Im starting to get material responsiblities too, a reason to be aware and awake and earthed...but its really difficult to escape my own mind and fantasies (ive asked for advice on this forum too, so hopefully well get some ideas)
I think perhaps its just something we have to work through and learn from...work hard to turn our dreams into action and focus, even though i completely understand how near impossible that seems.
I do, however, think that a little daydream time is healthy, so maybe we should just try to limit this...
As for your baby, youre willing to try to change yourself to be a better parent...and that shows a lot.

P.s- I think its important to remember that some people simply are a little less earthed than others anyway...they look down on the world from their own mind, rather than living constantly IN it, in the present. Its only when this begins to really cause trouble in your life that theres a problem. But if you can learn to retain a balance id say its healthy...Wish i could do it.
