Babies just stopped growing

Ok, I started 8 Ahfgans about 3 weeks ago, all of them are doign great with huge leaves, and strong stems. But, these two that I have in one HUGE pot (Yea, I know 1 plant - 1 pot) But, I was goign to transplant them when they got bigger. There just not growing, they got they're first real leaves, which are still very small and they just stopped there. They don't look like they're dieing, just not growing. What's wrong?

Sounds like you planted small plants in a too big pot. Your plant needs more leaves before you transplant. The container should be relative to the size of the plant.

Why wouldn't they grow in a big pot? That doesn't really make much sense.
