I really love that band... and I don't undersand their lyrics which makes them even more mysterious than they already are... Their music is so beautiful, if I was going to create a fantasy world with a magic wand, I would do something so that their music would be playing constantly. It would be perfect.

My buddy on here BraveSirRubin recommended them to me and so I bought one of their CD's and I really like it a lot. It is very beautiful. I like listening to it while doing my homework :p

One thing I like alot about them is the 'hugeness' of their sound, like an iceberg slowing drifting through an ocean.

I love that song... not sure what it is called... but in the video the background is all red, and the children are playing in gas masks... wow... it makes me so sad.

my best friend kaitlin loves them and introduced me to their music.

its so unique and very touching. i saw one of their music videos to a certain song....it was odd, kinda eerie.

Had the pleasure of seeing them maybe a year back....GREAT show.


the reason you can't understand the lyrics is that they are written in "Hopelandic" which is a made up language based on Icelandic.

i ALSO had the oppurtunity to see them live about a year ago and it was a damn good show i must say. not very many concerts make me cry.

Oh, one of my favourites. I have all their records. If you don't know yet I recommend another band: Godspeed You! Black Emperor.

I saw Sigur Ros live about 2 years ago. It was awesome, after I left the concert I feel like I had taken an E. I think that's a lot to say for a band :)
